Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd., publisher of CTV Ad Finder (ctvadfinder.com), respects intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
How to send a notice
Use the contact page with the topic "Copyright notice". The form shows the fields a notice needs. A notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is accepted as an electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site and its URL, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information, including an email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notification through the same form. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
Restoring material
After a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us that they have filed a court action about it.
False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
The site has no user uploads. If material contributed by others is ever published here, we will stop publishing material from anyone who repeatedly infringes.
Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice or counter-notification, including the contact details in it, to the party concerned.
