Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-19
This policy explains what personal data CTV Ad Finder (ctvadfinder.com) handles and why. The site is operated by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we"). It has no user accounts, no payments and no comments, and the finder and fact sheet work without any personal data.
Who is responsible
Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. publishes CTV Ad Finder and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact page.
What we collect
Contact form. If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), the topic, your message and, for a copyright notice, the extra fields that notice requires: the work, the address of the material, your statements and your electronic signature.
Technical data. The company that hosts the site automatically logs technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
Finder and fact sheet. Your answers and selections are kept only in the page's address bar. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Browser storage. The site does not set cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or other browser storage.
Google Fonts
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the fonts, your IP address and browser details reach Google. Google states that it does not set cookies for these font requests.
What we do not do
- No analytics tools.
- No advertising and no advertising networks.
- No tracking pixels or social media plugins.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing of it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Legal basis under GDPR and UK GDPR
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and in answering the messages you send. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your message and any follow-up, then delete them. The host keeps its technical logs for a limited period that it sets.
Your rights
EU and UK: you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
California (CCPA and CPRA): you can ask to know and delete the personal information we hold, and to correct it. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
You also have rights you have under other privacy laws that apply to you.
To make a request, use the contact form with the topic "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
Children
The site is written for marketing professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts handling data differently, we will update this policy and the date at the top.
